Autographs

Ernie does not sell his autograph!

Fans may submit an item to be signed in accordance with the policy shown below, and Ernie will sign; return it at no charge. Most items purchased through Irvan.com will be signed prior to shipment. The price shown is for the merchandise, shipping and handling. There is no added fee for the autograph.
In most cases, Ernie receives an appearance fee from the promoters of events he attends. This is a "usual and customary" fee received by most celebrities for appearances. It is not a "per autograph" fee and is not related to the number of autographs signed. Promoters may recoup their expenses by charging attendees a fee for the event (such as races, dinners, etc.) or corporations may simply expense the fee as marketing. In no case , however, does Ernie charge, receive or sanction a per autograph fee. If you are charged such a fee, please know that the money is going to the promoter of the event and not to Ernie.

Autograph policy
As in the past, Ernie will continue to sign items submitted to him through the mail in an attempt to accommodate the fans that have supported him throughout the years. However, due to Ernie's increasingly busy schedule and the volume of requests received, and to accommodate the largest number of fans within a limited amount of time available, we must continue the policies currently in effect:

1. Only 1 item per mailing will be signed.
2. All items must be sent to 295 El Cardenal Farm Lane, Mooresville, NC 28115 ,and you must include a self-addressed, postage paid envelope or mailing container for return of the item.
3.You must submit your own photo/trading card/merchandise item to be signed. We do not have photocards available to send.
4.All diecasts (except 1998 and 1999 3-car sets), artwork and books purchased through Irvan.com will be signed before shipping.
